Responsibilities

Assist in the smooth running of day club activities, following the Day Care Supervisor’s guidance.

Facilitate engaging activities that stimulate service users mentally, physically, and socially.

Support individuals in maintaining dignity, independence, and choice.

Help prepare and serve light refreshments, maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Build meaningful connections with service users, encouraging social interaction and participation.

Maintain accurate records of activities and report changes in service users’ conditions.
Requirements

A kind, caring nature and fun personality; experience is not required, but passion is essential.

Ability to work in a team and provide feedback during staff meetings.

Commitment to delivering high-quality care and maintaining confidentiality.

Awareness of health and safety protocols and willingness to undergo relevant training.
