About the Role
Care Heroes is looking for caring, reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to support individuals in their own homes across Hampshire. The role involves helping people maintain independence with dignity by providing personal care, practical support, and companionship.
Responsibilities

Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

Support with mobility and use of equipment

Administer medication in line with care plans

Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required

Carry out light household tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping)

Provide emotional support and companionship

Record care notes and report any changes in health

Support clients with appointments and activities
Candidate Requirements
-
Kind, patient, and compassionate individuals
-
Good communication skills
-
Ability to work independently

Physically able to carry out manual handling tasks

Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred

Enhanced DBS check required
-
NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential)

Experience is not required – full training provided
