Turning Point, a leading health and social care provider with over 300 locations across England, is recruiting Female Night Support Workers for supported living services in Cheltenham (Woodmancote and Hatherley).
This is a hands-on role supporting individuals with learning disabilities (LD) and Autism, ranging from those with profound and multiple disabilities to those needing assistance with daily living tasks. The focus is on person-centred care, promoting independence, and building positive family and community relationships.

Role Overview
Support Workers will provide 24-hour care in supported living services, assisting with daily activities, personal care, medication, and mobility. You’ll help residents develop life skills, engage in community activities, and maintain independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote independence and person-centred support
- Assist with daily activities (cleaning, cooking, shopping, budgeting)
- Support outings, holidays, and community activities
- Help residents develop life skills and personal interests
- Assist with personal care needs and manual handling
- Support with medication administration
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service monitoring
Eligibility Requirements
- Passionate, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
- Flexible, patient, and non-judgemental approach
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with energy and commitment
- Ability to complete physical aspects of the role (manual handling)
- Transferable experience in supporting individuals with anxiety
- Knowledge of learning disabilities and complex needs (beneficial but not essential)
