Job Overview
We’re launching an exciting new brand backed by a well-established company — and we’re looking for driven, confident Remote Telesales Executives to help us grow. In this role, you’ll connect with potential clients through outbound calls, introduce our products and services, and create new business opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity to build your sales career in a supportive, professional environment, working remotely with a varied client base. Fluency in English is essential. While the role is primarily remote, regular in-person meetings in the Southampton area will be required, so candidates should be able to travel as needed. We’re seeking individuals who communicate clearly, bring energy to conversations, and feel comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our products and services

Qualify leads and uncover sales opportunities through effective questioning and rapport building

Maintain accurate notes and records within our CRM systems (including Salesforce)

Follow up with leads by phone or email to develop relationships and close sales

Work closely with the wider sales team to meet targets and contribute to shared strategies

Stay up to date with product offerings and industry trends to confidently communicate value

Meet individual call targets and actively support overall team goals
Requirements

Previous experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is an advantage

Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written

Strong organisational abilities, with confidence managing multiple leads at once

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively without supervision

Confident, professional, and persuasive interpersonal style

Ability to attend regular team meetings in the Southampton area

Prior telesales or sales experience is preferred but not required — full training will be provided for the right candidates
